OBJECTIVE:
Roll, score, and win by having the lowest final total score.
TO BEGIN PLAY:
Each player announces their birthday. The player with the closest upcoming birthday goes first. If your birthday is April 29, you always go first.
SCORECARD:
Each player receives one scorecard for each game played (pencils included).
PLAYING THE GAME:
Player one rolls two dice to set the two Rollacka Numbers for all players. Each player will write the two numbers rolled on the top right of their scorecard in the Rollacka Number boxes. Duplicate numbers are not allowed. Examples: Yes: 2 and 5. No: 3 and 3. Reroll one die until two different numbers are rolled.
YOUR TURN TO ROLL:
Beginning with Round 1, Player 1 rolls all 8 dice. After each roll, you must set aside at least one die, but you may set aside as many dice as you choose. Any die that has been set aside cannot be rolled again during that round. Continue rolling only the dice that have not been set aside. The two Rollacka Numbers equal 0 points when both numbers are rolled and set aside during the same round. Once both Rollacka Numbers are set aside, all additional dice showing Rollacka Numbers will also equal 0 points. Your goal in each round is to finish with the lowest possible score by setting aside Rollacka Numbers and other low-value dice. Continue rolling and setting aside dice until all dice have been removed from play. When the round is complete, calculate your Round Total. If both Rollacka Numbers were rolled and set aside during the round, all matching Rollacka Numbers equal 0 points. If you did not roll both Rollacka Numbers during the round, all dice score their face value. Record your Round Total on the scorecard. Play then continues to the player on your left.
DICE AMOUNTS FOR EACH ROUND ROLLED:
Round 1: Begin by rolling all 8 dice.
Round 2: Begin by rolling 7 dice.
Round 3: Begin by rolling 6 dice.
Round 4: Begin by rolling 5 dice.
Round 5: Begin by rolling 4 dice.
Round 6: Begin by rolling 3 dice.
Round 7: Begin by rolling 2 dice.
Round 8: Begin by rolling all 8 dice.
SCORING:
Boxes on the scorecard will be marked with dice point values. Example: If your Rollacka Numbers are 2 and 5, score 0 points in each box when both numbers are rolled and set aside during the same round, along with any additional 2s or 5s. Score all other dice at their face value in the remaining boxes to calculate your Round Total. Add the points from all rounds to determine your Final Total Score. The player with the lowest final score wins the game.
ROLLACKA BONUS:
If all dice rolled during a round show only the Rollacka Numbers, yell, “ROLLACKA!” Example: If your Rollacka Numbers are 2 and 5, every die rolled during that round must be either a 2 or a 5. When a Rollacka occurs, all dice rolled during that round equal 0 points. Additionally, each time you achieve a ROLLACKA, select any one previously scored box within Rounds 1–6 and reduce that score to 0 points at any time during the game.

– EXAMPLE ROUND –
How To Play Round 1
when your
ROLLACKA numbers
are 2 and 5
Round 1: Player rolls all eight dice. The goal is to roll both a 2 and a 5, then all Rollacka numbered dice will equal zero (0) points.
Roll One:

Set aside one or both 5s. Pick up and roll the remaining dice in hopes of rolling the needed Rollacka number 2 die as both Rollacka numbers must be rolled for other matching numbers to equal zero points. Also, a minimum of one die must be set aside after each roll.
Roll Two:

Set aside the 2 die. Now all Rollacka numbers are equal to zero (0) points. Pick up remaining five dice and roll. You may want to strategically set the 1 die aside if you want points, but you may want to keep rolling to get more Rollacka numbers.
Roll Three:

Another 2 is rolled, set this aside for zero (0) points. Pick up the remaining four dice and roll again for a chance to roll additional Rollacka numbers or lower-value point facing dice.
Roll Four:

The single 1 die is set aside and is worth 1 point. Select the 3 remaining dice and roll.
Roll Five:

Set aside both 2 dice and pick up the last die to complete final roll for Round 1. Strategy: You may choose to not roll again, but be aware that you could roll a 1, 2, 5, or another 3, which could be a lower point value. Rolling again does carry some risk as rolling a 4 or 6 would earn you a higher point value. In this example we decided to roll again.
Roll Six – Final Roll:

Yay! A 1 die was rolled and is set aside. This ends the round. The final 8 dice set aside are added for 2 total points for Round 1 as all 5s and 2s are zero (0) points.
